Pets, especially dogs are born curious animals. You need to limit them in areas that might be harmful to them or in areas that they might harm other people. The best way to keep your dog safe is to contain him/her in your yard or home. There is a chance that your pet may be run by a vehicle if you left them unsupervised and uncontained.
